AMCI Computers sells and services a wide variety of hardware products to support the implementation of business solutions for our customers. Our goal is to recommend the most appropriate hardware to address our customers’ needs – whether that hardware is provided by our company or by another vendor.

We have utilized Cisco routers to implement interstate wide-area frame relay networks and campus leased line networks. We’ve utilized switching technology to implement high performance campus networks with fiber optic links, and to support voice over IP networks using VLAN technology. We’ve used secure VPN solutions over broadband internet connections to establish branch office network links at significantly lower costs. We've designed wireless networking solutions using EnGenius WiFi equipment to securely connect buidings where network cabling wasn't feasible, and to provide public wireless services at campgrounds.

While we offer server and workstation hardware from name-brand computer vendors, most of our computers and servers are designed and assembled by our in-house technical staff. It is our view that we can provide a more cost-effective, more reliable, more flexible and more maintainable solution through this custom-built approach. And many of our customers appear to agree.
