Although AMCI Computers provides a wide variety of services, of greatest importance are those consulting services which revolve around the design and implementation of complete business solutions. These types of services include business process analysis, software search assistance, implementation planning, database design, network design, training, program customization, hardware and software installation, web site design, and network configuration. Ongoing support services are offered both onsite and remotely, on either a contracted or per-incident basis, and include enterprise software support, installation of software upgrades, network monitoring, and network administration tasks. In addition, we offer a full range of hardware support and repair. Our goal is not merely to sell products and services, but to solve our customers’ real-world problems. We believe that what sets us apart is our insistence on pursuing every problem or concern until it is fully resolved, and the solution is functioning as expected. Simply put, we are not satisfied until our customers are satisfied.
